Saints Host First of Two Tuesday
As Lou Brown once said, "We won a game yesterday. We win one today that's two in a row. We win one tomorrow, that's called a winning streak. It has happened before."
Saints Baseball (10-7) have won two-in-a-row after wins over West Valley and Canada Colleges, and look to make it three-straight with Ohlone with a home game on Tuesday and then a road game in Fremont on Thursday. Both games are at 2 p.m. The Saints return home on Saturday to face Cabrillo at 1 p.m.
The Saints opened the year with four-in-a-row.
Nico Malbrough leads the club with a .383 average and a team-best 15 runs. Alex Adame is hitting .348 with a team-high eight doubles and 17 RBIs.
The team's bullpen features four places with ERAs under 3.00-- Kyle Deering (1.29), Matthew Rowatt (1.29), Alex Mihalakis (2.45) and Brandon Moreno (2.45).
